Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a Contract & Proposal Manager (7-month contract) to lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and vendor questionnaires across NA, AU, and NZ. You’ll coordinate experts from sales, security, finance, and legal to build accurate, timely, and on-brand responses.

You’ll manage intake, assignments, strategy meetings, and executive sign-off, while sharpening content libraries for faster future responses. This maternity leave cover role thrives on deadlines and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating RFPs, RFIs, tenders, or customer/vendor questionnaires.
• Make sure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of RFX responses from intake to submission.
• Partner with sales, security, finance, and legal to gather information.
• Coordinate activities like assignments, meetings, and sign-off.
• Draft content matching prospect requirements while following guidelines.
• Ensure final packages are formatted, reviewed, and submitted on time.
• Develop and improve a library of RFX content and playbooks.
