Job summary

Nearmap, a leader in property intelligence, is seeking a Contract & Proposal Manager (7-month contract) to coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders across NA, AU, and NZ. You’ll lead cross-functional teams including sales, security, finance, and legal to build accurate, on-time responses and continually sharpen playbooks.

The role emphasizes meticulous project management, content development, and collaboration with the legal team, with a maternity leave cover focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating RFPs, RFIs, tenders, or contract admin in SaaS/tech.
• Ability to read and parse requirements from RFX materials.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across departments/time zones.
• Basic understanding of commercial contract law and risk.
• Experience with Gov Procurement or RFx platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of RFP/RFI responses (intake through submission).
• Gather accurate information from sales, security, finance, and legal across regions.
• Manage tasks, calendars, and sign-offs to keep responses on track.
• Draft content matching requirements while adhering to guidelines and positioning.
• Maintain and improve RFX content library and playbooks.
• Support contract lifecycle tasks including basic NDA review and redlining.
• Maintain data integrity in contract management systems.
• Escalate complex questions to legal counsel as needed.
