Job summary

Xometry is seeking an RFQ Specialist to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes in a fully remote role.

You will manage supplier quotations, analyze bids, and collaborate across Sales and Sourcing to deliver accurate proposals. The position requires detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and experience in RFQ or procurement.

The role offers a fixed salary, annual bonus, paid overtime, and a supportive, global team.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required.
• Experience in metalworking or on-demand manufacturing is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ERP software and transactional IT systems is preferred.

We are looking for an RFQ Specialist to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

How You’ll Contribute:

• Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English at B2/C1 level; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience: Prior experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the metalworking or on-demand manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and experience using transactional IT systems is preferred
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously
