Job summary

Xometry is seeking an RFQ Specialist to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes in a fully remote role.

You will manage supplier quotations, analyze bids, and collaborate across Sales and Sourcing to deliver accurate proposals. The position requires detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and experience in RFQ or procurement.

The role offers a fixed salary, annual bonus, paid overtime, and a supportive, global team.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required.
• Experience in metalworking or on-demand manufacturing is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ERP software and transactional IT systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential suppliers.
• Collect, analyze, and compare supplier quotations based on client-specific requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve the best value for the company.
• Prepare and present clear and complete RFQ documents and pricing proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RFQ activities and supplier communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure effective cross-functional coordination.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to support RFQ decision-making.
