The Sourcing Specialist is an experienced, detail-oriented professional responsible for resolving Xometry's most challenging manufacturing projects. This role focuses on manually coordinating and placing orders that fall outside of our standard automated sourcing workflows. Specialists manage complex or escalated manufacturing projects, involving in-depth technical review, strategic problem-solving, and creative outreach to ensure successful placement with qualified manufacturing partners.
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $68,000–$75,000 annually depending on factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, and location.
