Job summary

Sumitomo Wiring Systems (U.S.A.) Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage customer RFQs, prepare accurate quotations, and coordinate pricing and delivery for SWS component products.

This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous data accuracy, and excellent communication with internal teams and customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and automotive experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are required.
• Professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with computer proficiency, are required.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations based on customer RFQs and emails promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with all personnel in a team environment.
• Identify key relationships for all customer RFQs.
• Coordinate with customer accounts related to RFQs.
• Prepare price calculations prior to quotation submission to customers.
• Assist Customer Service and Sales teams with sales forecasting.
• Support new program launches by setting up new part numbers and prototypes.
• Communicate daily with tier sales and OEM account managers regarding RFQ components.
• Work with internal departments to ensure prompt service and maintain pricing accuracy.
• Perform other duties to support the Sales team.
