Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a Proposals & Events Manager in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid, full-time role leads competitive RFP responses and manages Woodcraft’s conference and event presence to drive external growth.

You will coordinate across Partnerships, Programs, Finance, and Data to assemble compliant, timely proposals with strong outcomes data. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of RFP experience, excellent writing and project management skills, and the ability to balance deadlines with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading competitive RFP responses for school districts, public agencies, or government funders

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of RFP responses from release through submission
• Coordinate across departments to gather data, budgets and program information
• Build and maintain an internal proposal library and templates
• Plan and manage conference and event logistics, registrations and sponsorships
• Support the Partnerships team with scheduling and post-event follow-up
