Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers seeks a Program Manager to lead and expand innovative youth programs that integrate education and development. You will oversee planning, execution, and improvement of specialized programs, while supervising site coordinators and club leaders.

You will develop strategic partnerships, maintain high program quality and compliance, and collaborate with diverse teams to refine offerings. This role demands proactive operational excellence and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in educational program development or youth development.
• Proven experience creating and managing educational or youth programs.
• Strategic planning and project management experience.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and quality assurance.
• Experience building relationships with school districts, community leaders, and external partners.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contract development and collaboration with partner schools to tailor programs for before, during, and after school periods.
• Program strategy development and oversight for specialty programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Site coordinator supervision across regions; ensure compliance and safety.
• Budget management and startup planning for new programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Quality assurance and compliance with contractual and organizational standards.
• Stakeholder engagement: maintain relationships with school leaders and community partners; collaborate with internal teams.
• Training and development: lead and participate in staff training and ‘train-the-trainer’ programs.
• Event coordination and reporting: oversee special projects and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.
