Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in RFP/RFI proposal management in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong formatting, editing, and proofreading in MS Word and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal lifecycle and deadlines.
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, IT Security, etc.).
• Lead internal alignment calls and timelines to understand customer needs and key differentiators.
• Draft and quality-check proposal deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Manage multiple proposals and related projects to ensure timely submissions.

The Role

Veeva is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to drive winning responses for our innovative life sciences solutions! You will be a critical partner to the Veeva Europe Sales organization. You’ll project manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to RFP/RFI questionnaires that resonate with European and global customers. What You'll Do

• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables
• Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses
• Lead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines
• Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance
• Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a fast-paced B2B SaaS technology environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• International business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support global operations across diverse time zones
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word. Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills

Nice to Have

• Experience using RFP/Strategic Response Management tools (e.g., Responsive, Qvidian, or Loopio)
• Experience in life sciences proposals
• APMP Foundation Certification
• Fluency in one or multiple European languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French)

Compensation

• Total compensation: 35,000 - 80,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
