Careington International is seeking a Communications RFP & Proposal Specialist to join its Corporate Communications team in Frisco, TX. This hybrid role supports RFP, RFI, RFQ, grant and proposal responses by coordinating with proposal managers and stakeholders.

You will gather, organize, and refine content to ensure submissions are accurate, polished, strategically aligned, and delivered on time. The role will temporarily be hybrid and may move to fully onsite in Spring/Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields required.
