Job summary

AE Works Ltd. is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to support our marketing and business development efforts across the firm.

This role is central to producing high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing collaterals that help AE Works stand out in a competitive marketplace. You will manage key points in the marketing process, from RFQ and RFP responses to brand template management, while collaborating closely with technical staff and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RFP response and proposal development.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft or Google Suite, and Adobe software.
• Comfortable using cloud-based and mobile technology to support day-to-day communication.
• Proven ability to produce timely, consistent, and error-free work in accordance with defined standards and regulations.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing deliverables including RFQ/RFP responses and other marketing collateral.
• Develop high-quality proposals and qualifications packages for federal, state, local government, higher education, and private sectors.
• Review drafts for responsiveness, accuracy, staffing detail, and polished design and layout.
• Manage end-to-end proposal and presentation processes.
• Maintain brand templates and materials such as PowerPoint decks, letterhead, and business cards.
• Collaborate with business development and technical staff to support pipeline tracking and CRM records.
