Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Project and ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high-stress environment.
• Experience in the educational industry or government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit proposal text, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop new narratives and adapt existing content to satisfy RFP requirements.
• Review RFPs, identify content gaps, and tailor responses to criteria and rubrics.
• Prepare content for product toolkits, sales rubrics, and state submissions, ensuring accuracy and formatting.
• Collaborate with the Content Director/Manager to align tagging and nomenclature and improve content platform usage.
• Participate in training to maintain knowledge on content standards and processes.
