Zusammenfassung

Yondr seeks an experienced RFP Writer to develop end-to-end responses to district, state, and cooperative solicitations. You will craft cover letters, executive summaries, program descriptions, and pricing narratives while ensuring compliance and consistency across forms, narratives, attachments, and pricing.

Work from Yondr's content library, coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Legal, and manage the response content library to improve win rates.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of proposal, grant, or technical writing in a public procurement environment.
• Your approach is compliance-driven and enables quick location of required information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Legal to gather accurate inputs and ensure complete responses.

Aufgaben

• Review solicitations to build a complete requirement inventory including forms, certifications, page limits, and evaluation criteria.
• Create response outline from evaluation criteria and weight sections by points.
• Draft complete submissions including cover letters, executive summaries, program descriptions, and pricing narratives.
• Maintain a content library and coordinate between the RFP Manager and other departments to ensure aligned content.
