Job summary

Yondr is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join the remote RFP Team. You will craft end-to-end responses for district, state, and cooperative solicitations, including cover letters, executive summaries, and program descriptions.

You will own the compliance crosswalk, ensure consistency, and manage the response library. You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Legal to gather accurate inputs and tailor each response to district needs, with a focus on winning proposals and

Qualifications

• Experience writing in public procurement environments (K-12, state, and district solicitations).
• Ability to map requirements to evaluator criteria and craft compliant responses.
• Skilled at producing clear, structured narratives tailored to districts.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations to build a complete requirement inventory: scope of services, forms, page limits, and evaluation criteria.
• Create response outlines from criteria and weight sections by points.
• Draft covers, executive summaries, program descriptions, technical approaches, and staff narratives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Legal to gather accurate inputs and finalize responses.
