Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Proposal Analyst to join the Global Proposal Management Team in Mountain View. You will own project setup, intake organization, and initial content development to ensure readiness for RFx responses.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, coach sales teams on process adherence, and help scale New Logo capture through partner networks to enable timely, high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project operations, enablement, or sales support managing high-volume intake workflows and tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to analyze process friction, diagnose bottlenecks, and optimize cycle times on complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams, align external partners, and enable sales professionals on process standards.
• Experience with RFx processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance assessments of incoming RFx requests to ensure proposals meet standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve proposal content quality and persuasiveness.
• Partner with Elastic channel teams to scale New Logo capture through partner organizations.
• Coach, enable, and guide sales representatives on process adherence, intake requirements, and compliance standards.
• Curate and maintain a central repository of completed deliverables to speed future responses.
