Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Proposal Analyst to support the Growth organization by developing compelling, compliant RFP responses. You will analyze requirements, coordinate inputs, and assemble complete proposal packages in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work with business development, program leaders, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver proposals that reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and support company growth, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with proposal/RFP processes preferred.
• Experience with Claude, the AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Translate RFP requirements into actionable plans.
• Organize large volumes of information into cohesive proposal packages.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders to timelines.
• Manage multiple proposals, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
• Ensure full compliance with RFP requirements and submission standards.
• Support solution development and overall proposal strategy.
• Contribute to writing and editing where needed, while maintaining a consistent voice.
• Perform quality checks, version control, and final submission readiness.
