Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead complex RFP responses and support a broad sales cycle. This role requires coordinating with multiple departments, drafting and finalizing proposal content, and ensuring all client requirements are met on tight deadlines.

You will work with Subject Matter Experts and the Proposal Content Administrator to maintain proposal-ready materials, while aligning with company policies and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
• 3 years of proposal management experience in national/major or public sector OR 7 years of proposal writing experience.
• Experience leading complex RFPs for large national employer groups.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, organize and package responses to Requests for Proposals within stringent deadlines.
• Coordinate kick-off proposal meetings and manage multiple RFPs/projects simultaneously.
• Support sales and account teams with product/process questions and internal documentation.
