Job summary

Oklahoma Health Care Authority seeks an EGID Contracts Monitor to oversee procurement activities for the Employees Group Insurance Division. You will manage the RFP lifecycle, coordinate with Central Purchasing, and maintain contract records across OHCA systems.

You will work with senior EGID staff and stakeholders to ensure timely actions. The role requires knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and purchasing card standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical clerical work and 3 years of experience involving procurement, purchasing, contracting, or acquisition.
• Must possess or obtain Certified Procurement Officer certification within the required timeframe.
• Must possess or obtain State of Oklahoma purchasing card certification within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EGID RFP process from initiation through contract award.
• Coordinate required legal, Central Purchasing, and board documentation and approvals.
• Develop, standardize, maintain, and coordinate the EGID RFP process with SMEs.
• Create and maintain RFP SharePoint sites and records for procurement materials.
• Serve as liaison among EGID, Central Purchasing, and OHCA areas on RFPs and contracts.
