Job summary

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is seeking an EGID Contracts Monitor to coordinate RFPs, administer contracts, manage purchasing activities, and oversee PCard functions for the Employees Group Insurance Division (EGID).

Location is Oklahoma City with standard business hours. This role requires ensuring timely procurement actions and acting as liaison between EGID, Central Purchasing, and OHCA areas to support procurement objectives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical clerical work and 3 years of procurement, purchasing or contracting experience.
• Must possess or obtain Certified Procurement Officer certification and purchasing card certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage EGID RFP process from initiation to contract award with timelines and approvals.
• Conduct regular meetings with senior EGID staff to update on RFPs and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Compliance to standardize and coordinate the RFP process.
• Create and maintain RFP SharePoint sites and related records for procurement materials.
