Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is conducting a search for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading apparel branding and packaging group partnering with top fashion brands and retailers. The role requires 5+ years in operations or production management, preferably in manufacturing, with RFID, bonding, converting, or related experience.

You will oversee daily operations, production planning, procurement, and QMS compliance, driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet customer demand and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure equipment and processes operate at maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation to support business growth.
• Manage procurement of raw materials and supplies to ensure availability while controlling costs.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for best terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, implement stock control systems, and minimize waste.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering safety and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Promote workplace safety and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
