Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking an Apparel Production Manager to own the end-to-end production lifecycle for finished apparel goods, from planning to delivery. You will supervise vendor production, coordinate with overseas factories and regional offices, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery while maintaining quality and specification.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in supply chain within apparel, strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 5+ years relevant work experience.
7+ years previous supply chain experience with increasing responsibilities and knowledge of Apparel Production and Procurement.
Leadership experience.
Strong business acumen and interdepartmental relationship building.
Ability to concisely communicate complex delivery and quantitative information.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production timing and cadence for finished goods.
Direct vendor production management and daily regional communications.
Manage purchase orders and seasonal calendar adherence in ERP/PO systems.
Review capacity and forecast plans with regional teams and suppliers.
Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements with vendors.
Provide regular status updates and escalate risks to leadership and planning.
Negotiate with suppliers on accountability, delivery, and quality.
