AWT Labels & Packaging is seeking an RFID Converting Operator for our Garner, NC location. The role supports production on a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6 am to 4 pm, with additional hours as production requires.

In this position you will operate the RFID converting machine, complete production travelers, maintain a clean workspace, and exercise attention to detail and critical thinking to ensure quality results. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read job orders for desired customer results.
• Basic mathematic skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Keep equipment and work area clean to avoid hazards.
• Attention to Detail in completing tasks.
• Critical Thinking to identify solutions.
• Visually check each roll for defects.
• Collaborate with other press operators and management to achieve results.
