Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Operations Analyst I to support RFID-enabled inventory management solutions, including Grab and Go storeroom deployments. You will work closely with customers, operations teams, project managers, and implementation specialists to install, configure, validate, and support RFID systems at client locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused, with willingness to travel extensively to support implementations and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities are essential.
• Must be able to travel frequently to customer locations in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and deployment of RFID-enabled Grab and Go storeroom solutions at customer sites.
• Support onboarding, site assessments, inventory setup and go-live activities.
• Configure RFID hardware, readers, cabinets, and networking equipment; test and validate systems.
