Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking an Entry-level Operations Analyst to support RFID-enabled inventory systems at customer sites. The role involves hands-on installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software, plus collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and willing to travel up to 75% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Preferred- 1 year experience, in Supply Chain, Project Management or related field combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies, software applications, and operational processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• RFID Storeroom Implementation Support: Assist with the installation and deployment of RFID-enabled Grab and Go storeroom solutions at customer sites.
• Customer Support & Training: Serve as an on-site resource during implementation activities and customer launches and provide basic training to customer personnel.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, review, and analyze inventory, utilization, and operational data and help develop dashboards and reports.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain project records, checklists, and site documentation and support standardization of processes.
