Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking an RFID Finishing Operator for the Dayshift. You will set up and operate label inspector machines, perform visual quality control, and slit printed material into specified widths while ensuring safety and efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires ability to read job specifications, measure with rulers, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in printing or packaging is preferred, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of manufacturing, printing or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to read rulers and measurement devices.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments and select dies, cores and rewind method.
• Review job jacket to ensure finishing, packaging and shipping specs.
• Inspect products for quality and package for shipment.
• Monitor material flow to detect irregular cuts and winding.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Complete paperwork and prepare finished goods for shipping.
