Resource Label Group is seeking a Digital Finishing Operator to operate label inspector machines, perform setup, and ensure visual quality control. You'll slit printed material into strips of specified width and oversee packaging and shipping readiness.

Responsibilities include reading job specs, inspecting for color and dimension accuracy, and assisting with cutting and packaging tasks. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Must read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Able to read rulers, scales and measurements.
• Willingness to learn finishing/packaging procedures.
• Experience in printing/packaging is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receives job assignments from Press Supervisor or Team Lead; selects dies, cores and rewind method.
• Reviews job jacket to ensure finishing, packaging, and shipping specs are met.
• Inspect products for quality and package accordingly.
• Observe material flow to detect irregular cutting and winding.
• Ensure quality of color, size, die cut, perforations, print and quantity.
• Assist in cutting, collating, wrapping and packaging of jobs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Remove or replace blades on inspection machines.
• Complete paperwork and prepare finished goods for shipment.
