Job summary

ESCO Lifesciences Group seeks an Application Specialist to support the MIRI® Evidence RFID Witnessing and Traceability System in the US. You will assist Business Development Managers with technical expertise during sales, coordinate installations, and deliver training to ensure adoption.

Reporting to the US team with a dotted line to Europe, you’ll ensure global standards. You will collaborate with IT and clinical staff, manage server requirements, and develop training materials for both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years in application support, technical sales, or training in medical devices or healthcare IT.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for IVF clinic workflows.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and server/network configurations in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with technical demos and tailored IVF clinic demonstrations.
• Coordinate installations with customer IT teams and service managers.
• Deliver hands-on training for clinic staff and IT personnel.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Provide post-installation support and software updates.
• Collaborate with Global Application Specialist for escalations.
• Maintain relationships with clinics for optimal system use.
