A leading aerospace company in Redmond, WA is seeking an RF/Microwave Engineer to develop next-generation RFICs for deployment in space and ground infrastructures. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize the performance of Starlink's network, characterizing and analyzing radio performance while developing cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications

• 2+ years of research and/or industry experience in RF/microwave circuit design.
• Master's degree or PhD in RF/microwave circuits is preferred.
• Experience characterizing radio performance at microwave frequencies.

Responsibilities

• Simulate/model RF front‑end systems.
• Develop RF/microwave circuits, components, and prototypes.
• Assist in developing automated test equipment for lab measurements.
