Job summary

A leading aerospace company located in Redmond, WA is seeking a motivated RFIC DESIGN ENGINEER to develop next-generation RFICs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance Starlink's capabilities, and ensure reliable connectivity globally. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in engineering and have 2+ years of RFIC experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of RF integrated circuit experience.
• Experience using simulation tools such as Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum.
• Circuit design skills and experience in linear/non-linear circuits.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
• Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes.
• Work with system architects and engineers to partition functions.
