Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in transistor-level RF analog IC design.
• Advanced degrees preferred (MS/PhD) with research or publications.
• Experience in RF/Analog circuit design, high-performance synthesizers, and EM simulation.

Responsibilities

• Define circuit-level specifications from system requirements.
• Design and verify RFIC blocks and transceivers.

• Create layouts and coordinate with layout engineers for physical verification.
