Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with RF/microwave coursework.
• Solid understanding of basic circuit theory and RF concepts.
• Exposure to CAD/simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, ADS or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and evaluate RF LNAs and RF switches.
• Perform schematic entry and data analysis with CAD tools.
• Collaborate to debug designs and validate performance.
• Prepare simulation results and design documentation.
• Assist in lab testing and measurement of RFICs.
• Learn engineering best practices for performance and cost.
