Qualifications

• Pursuing a PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Completed at least one RF/Microwave Electronics course.
• Experience presenting materials for design reviews.
• Familiar with Cadence Spectre / RF simulation tools and Cadence Virtuoso.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Simulating/validating RFIC (LNA, RF switch, etc.) performance across supply, temperature, and frequency.
• Top- and block-level design and simulation to understand circuits and compare with measurements.
• Create compliance matrices against specs and present results summaries.
• Tune RF front end modules in the lab.
• Impedance matching using Smith chart.
• Evaluate RF parameters like IP3, P1dB, NF, return loss, etc.
