Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• On-site Irvine for January–June 2027 co-op term.
• Willingness to learn, grow and collaborate.
• Strong interest in PA design and RF/microwave engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design RFICs for multi-chip modules with experienced engineers.
• Design RF power amplifiers.
• Run simulations with Keysight ADS and Ansys HFSS.
• Participate in design reviews and present findings.
• Perform laboratory testing with RF test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and technical issues.
• Collaborate across disciplines.
