Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environments is a major plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
