Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate and move product using an RF unit, load and restock items, and support multiple departments during production shifts. The role requires 1-3 years lift operator experience, ability to read and follow directions, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to work overtime; the position offers benefits and a 10:00PM-6:30AM shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, SKUs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment with RF unit to scan and move product.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA-compliant lift certification.
