Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Engineering Technician for an onsite role in McKinney, TX. You will join a diverse team in the RF department, handling testing and hands-on assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

You will perform troubleshooting, data analysis to identify root causes, and coordinate production rework and range tasks. A DoD secret clearance is required, with U.S. citizenship necessary to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an associate degree or other 2-year post-high school training preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Work on 1st shift in McKinney, TX.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of engineers, assemblers and technicians.
• Perform engineering technician functions: layout, build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify electronic or electromechanical devices and subsystems.
• Analyze data to determine root causes of failures.
• Plan and execute rework of production assemblies.
• Coordinate tasks in Raytheon antenna ranges and maintain range infrastructure.
