Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RF Test Technician in Richardson, TX. The role requires flexibility, adaptability to changing priorities, and eagerness to learn within the semiconductor assembly industry.

The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. You will work with operations and engineering teams to optimize RF test processes, diagnose issues, set up equipment, and train operators to improve safety, quality, and output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; STEM degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to interact with operations and engineering.
• Knowledge of DoE, SPC and statistical methods.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with operations and engineering to disposition products and update specs.
• Diagnose and resolve process problems per documented procedures.
• Set up and qualify assembly process equipment.
• Review RF test failures and respond accordingly.
• Coach and train factory operators to raise productivity.
• Identify areas to improve safety, quality, output and cost.
