Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RF Test technician to join our semiconductor assembly team. The role requires flexibility to change priorities, a strong willingness to learn, and dedication to quality in a fast-paced environment.

This factory position involves a 12-hour shift with cleanroom PPE, working with operations and engineering to drive product dispositions and process improvements. Salary ranges and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in STEM preferred.
• 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Knowledge of DoE, SPC and statistical tools/methods.
• Wears cleanroom attire and PPE; able to lift up to 25 pounds on a 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and engineering to disposition products, drive improvements, monitor SPC, and update specs.
• Diagnose and resolve process problems using documented procedures.
• Set up and qualify assembly process equipment.
• Review and respond to RF test failures.
• Coach and train factory operators to boost productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, output and cost.
