Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a RF testing technician to support manufacturing and test engineering in a high‑volume RF/DC test floor within a cleanroom environment.

You will conduct DC and RF tests across wide frequencies, set up calibration fixtures, troubleshoot test rigs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production schedules. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in RF component testing, strong instrument knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years RF component testing
• Versatility and ability to work on multiple tasks
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Operate as a team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in MES, FPS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows-based software
• Cleanroom attire and ability to stand for 12 hour shift

Responsibilities

• Conduct DC and RF testing from DC to mmWave in RF test environment
• Setup and calibrate S-parameters and power test stations per standards
• Perform test setup troubleshooting and assemble fixtures
• Interact with test engineers to support setup improvements
• Report test progress to supervisor and internal customers
• Support training sessions and guide less experienced team members
• Coordinate with manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to resolve production issues
• Review statistical test control charts for process quality and react to out-of-control conditions
• Use MES, FPS, Spotfire, Camline, FDC, MS Office to perform tasks
• Identify areas for improvement to optimize safety, tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost
• Work overtime as needed
