Qorvo Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking an RF test technician to support a growing manufacturing and test floor in an ISO-cleanroom environment. You will conduct DC and RF tests from DC to mmWave, calibrate S-parameters, troubleshoot setups and collaborate with engineers to improve processes.

The role requires an Associate degree in E.E. or equivalent, 2+ years of RF testing experience, and ability to work a 12-hour shift in cleanroom attire.

Formación

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of RF component testing experience.
• Proficient with test equipment and office software (MES, FPS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a cleanroom and 12-hour shift.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct DC and RF testing from DC to mmWave in an RF test environment.
• Set up and calibrate S-parameters and power test stations per Qorvo standards.
• Perform limited test setup troubleshooting, assemble fixtures, wire harnesses.
• Interact with test engineers to support test setup improvement when applicable.
• Report test progress to supervisor and internal customers.
• Support training sessions and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Work with manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to resolve problems and meet production schedules.
• Review statistical test control charts for process quality and react to out of control conditions.
• Use MES, FPS, Spotfire, Camline, FDC, MS Office to perform job tasks.
• Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize safety, tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost.
• Work overtime as needed to accomplish the duties and responsibilities required of the job.
