Skyworks Solutions, Inc. seeks an RF test technician to support an expanding RF/DC test floor in a cleanroom environment.

You will perform DC and RF tests across frequencies, set up and calibrate S-parameters, and assist test engineers in improving test setups and processes. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of RF testing experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to work in a 12-hour shift in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of RF component testing experience.
• Versatility to handle multiple tasks and work assignments.
• Proficient with RF test equipment including PXI systems, RF sources, and measurement instruments.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to wear cleanroom attire and stand for extended periods in a 12-hour shift.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct DC and RF testing from DC to mmWave frequencies in an RF test environment.
• Setup and calibrate S-parameters and power test stations per Skyworks standards.
• Perform limited test setup troubleshooting and wire harness assembly.
• Collaborate with test engineers to improve test setups and processes.
• Report test progress to supervisor and internal customers.
• Support training and guide less experienced team members.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to meet production schedules.
• Review control charts and address out-of-control conditions.
• Utilize MES, FPS, Spotfire, Camline, FDC, and MS Office in daily tasks.
• Identify safety, tool availability, cycle time, and cost improvement opportunities.
