RTX is seeking a RF Test Systems Engineer 1 for an onsite role in McKinney, TX. You will support test equipment, assist in designing and validating production test solutions for RF modules and related subsystems, and work with cross-functional teams to meet program goals.

The role requires a STEM degree and up to 2 years of related experience in test systems engineering, with exposure to MATLAB, Test Stand, and related tools. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Typically requires less than 2 years of experience with emphasis in Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering experience for hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance in production environments.
• Experience communicating effectively within a cross functional team such as test personnel in electrical, software, mechanical, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting of test equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs
• Support Lead Test Development engineer in the design, integration, verification, and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF CCAs, antenna subassemblies as well as power supplies/computing subassemblies
• Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work
• Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
