Job summary

NSI-MI Technologies, part of AMETEK NSI-MI, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead antenna test and measurement system projects. You will oversee large, multi-disciplinary engineering programs across RF, mechanical, electrical and software domains, ensuring delivery on technical, financial, and schedule objectives.

The role requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders, frequent status reporting, and travel as needed to support customers and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of management experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of program/project management experience for complex cross-disciplinary programs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and balance competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools.
• Outstanding communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of complex RF/microwave test projects from contract to acceptance.
• Direct cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, integration and installation.
• Ensure cost, schedule, scope, risk and quality management adherence.
• Utilize earned value management, risk registers and milestone tracking tools.
• Prepare and present technical and financial status reports to management and customers.
• Coordinate program reviews and design reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Support capture and proposal efforts including cost estimating and strategy development.
• Maintain timely customer communication and change management.
