Job summary

AMETEK NSI‑MI Technologies, a leader in RF measurement systems, seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive the execution of antenna test and measurement programs. You will oversee large, multi-disciplinary engineering efforts spanning RF, mechanical, electrical, and software components, ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, and performance from award to acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Eng with 8+ years PM experience, or Master's with 4+ years.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience across complex cross-disciplinary engineering programs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, processes, and tools.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with program financials, labor costing, and forecasting.
• Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• U.S. work authorization and export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex engineering Far Field projects from contract award through final acceptance.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across design, manufacturing, integration, and installation.
• Ensure adherence to cost, schedule, scope, risk, and quality management.
• Drive effective use of EVMS, risk registers, milestone tracking tools and internal reviews.
• Prepare and present technical and financial status reports to management and customers.
• Coordinate program reviews, kickoff meetings, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Participate in capture and proposal efforts, including win strategy development and cost estimating.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer communication, change management, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the face of NSI-MI for assigned customers and cultivate long‑term relationships.
