Job summary

Mini-Circuits in Florida is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and support the Engineering Test Department. You will perform electrical testing of RF components and integrated assemblies, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot RF measurement systems, and support failure analysis for Production and Engineering Test.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 0–2 years of related experience, hands-on lab skills, ability to read schematics, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 0–2 years related experience.
• Practical knowledge of MMIC, LTCC, ferrite core and wire products including couplers, dividers, baluns, transformers, mixers and amplifiers.
• Experience testing microwave and millimeter-wave hardware up to 40 GHz; validate measurement results vs theory.
• Hands-on ability to assemble, tune, test, and troubleshoot hardware in a lab.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and with team leads to resolve test issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Occasionally move test equipment for setup or calibration.

Responsibilities

• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot RF test equipment including PNA-X VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators and fixtures.
• Perform TB, test fixture, power handling and other engineering test activities including testing, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Ensure test stations have calibrated equipment, accessories, and tools.
• Support engineering runs and verify production alignment with latest model revisions.
