Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field; hands-on RF/hardware experience acceptable.
• 5+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or hardware on RF/wireless/embedded products.
• Proven track record delivering in ambiguous environments with ownership.
• Experience managing multi‑phase hardware/software programs with integration.
• Familiarity with agile, hybrid, milestone-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic RF roadmap and execution plans with lead engineers.
• Lead multiple RF product lines from prototype to production ramp.
• Manage contract manufacturers, design partners, and suppliers.
• Coordinate blended teams, define scope and track deliverables.
• Participate in design/test discussions with technical depth for leadership.
