Qualifications

• 8+ years RF engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in the D2D/ NTN / satellite-to-cellular ecosystem.
• Experience owning RF link budgets, RF requirements, interference analysis, and RF characterization.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment and lab/test methods; familiarity with 3GPP NR/LTE and NTN.
• Experience leading cross-team technical work across multiple engineering teams or partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the RF system performance of the D2D service link, including budgets, margins, interference and coverage.
• Define RF system requirements and allocate across payload, phased array, ground, and devices.
• Lead RF characterization and validation of payload, phased array, and beamforming.
• Define and lead RF test plans in lab, chambers, and OTA; conduct on-orbit measurements.
• Analyze device RF behavior on phones and modules, incl. antenna performance and GNSS/Wi‑Fi coexistence.
• Provide RF inputs and measurements for Regulatory Compliance to demonstrate emission limits.
• Develop and improve RF measurement methods, calibration procedures, tools, and automation.
• Act as SME for RF systems across satellite, ground, and devices.
