Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners, Inc. seeks an experienced RF Systems Engineer 2 to support advanced RF and SIGINT systems.

The role covers end-to-end systems engineering across Linux and Windows environments, with emphasis on integration, requirements development, and lifecycle sustainment. The ideal candidate brings 14+ years in Systems Engineering, strong DoDAF/SOA experience, and familiarity with CONOPS, networked architectures, and cross-functional collaboration with Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

14+ years of Systems Engineering experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university; five additional years may substitute.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems supporting RF and collection platforms, including software installation and network configuration.
Analyze CONOPS, system architectures, and user requirements to develop and manage system requirements and specifications.
Lead system design, integration, and development across hardware and software components in alignment with DoDAF and SOA frameworks.
Develop and maintain SEPs, ICDs, requirements specifications, and traceability.
Support system integration, testing, verification, and validation across environments.
Provide technical leadership and cross-functional coordination through design reviews and program reviews.
Address technical issues, risks, and lifecycle sustainment with Government stakeholders.
