Job summary
Momentum Engineering Fort Meade, Maryland, United States is seeking a Signals Analyst 2 to provide advanced RF signal analysis, waveform and bitstream analysis, and telemetry/pattern-of-life insights for high-security national programs.

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Strong RF signal analysis experience.
- Experience defining signal parameters and modeling signal behavior.
- Experience with waveform and bitstream analysis.
- Strong technical analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, content, and behavior.
- Perform signal modeling and characterization.
- Conduct waveform and bitstream analysis.
- Analyze telemetry and patterns of life.
- Apply multiple SIGINT disciplines to complex technical problems.
- Document analytical findings and provide technical recommendations.
