Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners seeks a Systems Engineer to support design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems. This role spans hardware, software, network, and RF domains to ensure performance and interoperability.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in systems engineering, a related bachelor's degree, and an active U.S. clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen and meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of systems engineering on programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline; 5 additional years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems.
• Contribute to systems engineering across hardware, software, networking, and RF components to ensure performance and interoperability.
• Assist with development and integration of RF and signal processing systems for communication systems.
• Support system requirements analysis, architecture development, verification, and validation.
• Participate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation to meet mission requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including artifacts, test plans, interface control documents, and CM records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and sustain the system lifecycle.
